In this position, you will have the dual responsibility of overseeing our brand's presence on social media platforms and crafting engaging content tailored to our audience. Your pivotal role involves refining and promoting our brand message across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads. You will manage these platforms daily, creating captivating, audience-centric content and effectively conveying our vision and company culture. Collaboration with our in-house creative and motion teams will be integral to develop innovative content and strategize its distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute, and oversee our social media strategy to align with our business objectives.
  • Establish a comprehensive editorial calendar for content scheduling across diverse platforms.
  • Craft engaging, shareable content complemented by visuals that reflect our brand identity (crafted in collaboration with our creative team).
  • Write compelling captions, devise captivating concepts, and publish and supervise daily content across all social media platforms.
  • Leverage trends and analytics tools to shape content strategy and drive audience growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and motion teams to generate inventive content concepts, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards in style, quality, and tone.
  • Monitor and respond to user interactions, messages, inquiries, and comments on social media.
  • Analyze metrics and produce weekly reports on key performance indicators.
  • Curate content from our thought leadership initiatives, including awards, recognition, Fast Company articles, and blog posts. This also involves transforming audio/video content (keynotes, interviews, podcasts) into bite-sized clips.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (5-6 times per week) across platforms using tools like Buffer or direct posting on LinkedIn and Instagram, including stories.

  • Provide links to social media channels you have built and managed.
  • Showcase your understanding of Shafran's current social media strategy.
  • Be specific by presenting metrics, data, and results before and after your involvement.
  • Highlight any expertise you possess in branding, leadership, or company culture.
  • Direct us to captions and content you have led or created.

FT SALARY

$45,000-$55,000
